In addition to resources provided within correctional institutions, CPF actively seeks to provide helpful resources in transitional living facilities and half-way houses.

CPF recognizes that the transitioning of an inmate from incarceration back into society and providing community support during the crucial time when an inmate’s feet hit the street is a top priority. Recognizing the need for a structured living environment which promotes spiritual growth through fellowship and accountability both in the after-care facility, and in the individual, CPF acknowledges only those transitional living facilities which meet the most stringent guidelines and offer the highest level of care. CPF is pleased to consider recognition of faith-based facilities offering rehabilitation with revelation… recovery services which embrace accountability, fellowship, mentorship, and spiritual growth. Presently, numerous, qualified, facilities throughout North America have met these qualifications and are endorsed by CPF.
