Ministry to Juvenile Offenders
A youth in handcuffs

Throughout North America, CPF is offering hope and help to juvenile offenders under correctional supervision. Although numbers can be obtained from different sources, it is generally agreed that about two and a half million persons under the age of eighteen are arrested by police every year. Many more cases go unreported by citizens or unfounded by police. The United States incarcerates more of it's youth than any other country in the world, with over 500,000 youth incarcerated at any given time. Most juvenile crime is increasingly committed at younger ages. In the last 15 years, the number of juvenile offenders under the age of 15 increased 94%. Into this desperate need for help and hope, Christian Prisoner Fellowship offers spiritual guidance, counseling, character development and mentoring programs.
